The Cozy Corner Coffee (“we,” “us”) runs thecozycornercoffee.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from our store, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
- Order information: your name, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number, and the items you buy. We use it to process payment, ship your order, send confirmations and tracking, and handle returns or problems.
- Account and contact information: if you join our email list or contact us, we keep your name, email, and the contents of your message so we can reply and send the updates you signed up for.
- Device and browsing information: pages viewed, products clicked, and how you arrived at the store, collected through cookies and similar tools. We use it to run the store, understand which products people like, and measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which powers our store and processes payments (including Shop Pay). We never receive or store your full card number.
- Our roasting and shipping partners, who receive only the name, address, and order details needed to roast and deliver your coffee.
- Judge.me, which collects and displays product reviews and sends review requests after delivery.
- Google and Meta, whose analytics and advertising tools (including the Meta pixel and Google Merchant Center) measure store visits and ad performance.
- Email service providers that send our welcome, cart-reminder, and product emails on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the store, deliver orders, meet legal obligations, or — with the services above — measure and improve how the store performs.

Our store sells coffee and gifts for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
